At the Real Food Garden we grow delicious, fresh vegetables, packed full of nutrients and flavour. This is because we pay close attention to our soils, give our crops lots of TLC, not chemicals, and ensure our veg is still beautifully fresh when it gets to you.
Alongside seasonal favourites we also grow a wide range of heritage and heirloom varieties. These are chosen for their exciting colours, deep flavours and excellent texture which you just can’t get in the supermarket.
The best way to get hold of our produce is through our local box scheme which contains a selection of seasonal veg that varies week-to-week. It’s your chance to support local, sustainable agriculture, be in touch with where your food comes from as well as enjoying delicious, nutrient-dense veggies.
All the boxes will have a range of fresh produce, including a salad bag, traditional staples (like carrots, onions, etc) and seasonal delights. So you can look forward to the first green beans in summer and succulent squash in autumn.
We suggest starting with a four week trial so you can enjoy the variation of our produce from week to week.
You can collect your box from the Garden, or we do deliver to some areas for a small fee. We also have a collection points at the Old Library in Bodmin and Bellamama Deli in Lostwithiel where you can collect a box on a Friday for free.
If you’d like to get hold of a box click enquire below or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you.
