We are offering three seasonal workshops to get you growing your own organic, no-dig vegetables. Each workshop will provide the essentials in no-dig and organic growing and take you on a journey of planning and creating a veg plot,boosting your success, reducing the work involved and having year-round veg.
Amelia Lake has many years experience and is the mastermind and head grower at the Real Food Garden. You’ll get hands on experience, have the chance to pick the brains of a professional and be guided through the steps of understanding, planning, creating and managing a thriving veg plot.
The workshops are stand alone but put together they’ll give you the full array of skills, know-how and confidence to start or improve your growing. We focus on organic, sustainable and no-dig methods in each and provide tea and tasters from the garden.
From fertility to weed control, sowing to winter veggies, soil science to pest management these three workshops will leave you confident and equipped to produce fantastic veg without lifting a spade (almost)!
